Terms of Service

Last updated August 30, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of EverCore Cloud (the "Service"), a dashboard for sending and receiving WhatsApp messages through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and account

You must have a valid business and a WhatsApp Business Account eligible for the Cloud API to use EverCore. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide during Embedded Signup and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and with applicable Algerian law. You will not use EverCore to send unsolicited marketing to contacts who have not agreed to receive messages from your business, and you will honor opt-out requests (STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, ARRET, TAWQIF) immediately.

4. Messaging costs

Message delivery is billed by Meta according to its conversation-based pricing. EverCore displays the pricing category and cost reported by Meta for each message but is not responsible for changes Meta makes to its pricing.

5. Templates and broadcasts

Message templates you submit are reviewed and approved by Meta, not by EverCore. We do not guarantee approval of any template. You are responsible for the content of the templates and broadcasts you send.

6. Service availability

EverCore depends on the availability of Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, or account restrictions applied by Meta.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies.

8. Contact
